WAREHOUSE LEAD
Warehouse Lead to assist the Warehouse Manager with daily warehouse and distribution operations. This position will help oversee warehouse and driver personnel while ensuring products move safely, accurately, and efficiently through the distribution process.
Job Duties
- Assist with receiving, sorting, organizing, and distribution of products.
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
- Assist with supervising warehouse and driver personnel.
- Train employees on proper procedures and use of the operating system.
- Help manage workflow to meet customer requirements while maintaining efficiency.
- Identify operational issues and implement improvements to increase productivity and profitability.
- Maintain a professional work environment and communicate effectively with warehouse, driver, and office personnel.
- Perform basic computer and office-related tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience in a distribution environment required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using computers and standard office equipment.
- Dependable, safety-minded, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
