Local Retail Company seeking to fill Inside Sales positions. This is a fulltime position and does require flexibility with schedule including weekends and holidays. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity for the right person.

Job duties include greeting customers, assisting with customer needs and requests, building a relationship with customers to learn and understand their needs. Knowledge of company products, availability, and current sales promotions. General clerical and office duties such as answering phones, computer use, and basic data entry.

All interested candidates must be outgoing, friendly, and professional in demeanor and dress. Must be dependable, able, and willing to learn the business, customer service inclined, and have some computer experience. Would prefer someone with previous experience in the same or a similar position, but willing to train the right person.

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a clean background.

This position will be a commission based position once going permanent with the client company. Bilingual is a plus but is not mandatory.
