Company in the Mid County area seeking Receptionist/Clerk for their front office. Job duties will include answering multi line phone system, assisting callers by either transferring calls to appropriate department and/or taking a detailed message; greeting any incoming visitors to the office; data entry; accepting and processing payments (cashier) and creating receipts for customers of purchases and will also be responsible for any other job duties as assigned by site supervisor.. Great customer service is a necessity for this position as well as general math and clerical skills, good communication both verbal and written, attention to details and dependability are key factors required for this position. Candidates interested in this position must have at least 1 year of previous experience in the same or a similar role.
