Receptionist/Office Assistant needed for a service company in the Mid County area. This is an entry-level position and is a great opportunity for the right person!

Job duties will include answering incoming calls and either assisting callers or transferring callers to the right department or taking a detailed message; greeting and assisting incoming visitors; data entry; assisting in other departments as needed.

Interested candidates should have basic computer skills and proficient typing/data entry skills. Previous clerical experience is a plus but not a must as the Client is willing to train the right candidate.

Candidate should have great customer service skills; a positive, upbeat personality; and work well as a team player. Candidate must be willing to train and take on tasks as needed and be willing to learn the position and Company’s requirements/procedures.
