NOW HIRING: Property Maintenance Technician / General Laborer
📍 Location: Southeast Texas (Travel throughout SETX, Houston Area & Southwest Louisiana)
Pay Rate: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour DOE
Schedule: Generally Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Must be flexible to work as early as 6:00 AM and as late as 7:00 PM as business needs require.

Position Summary
A growing property preservation and maintenance company is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join their team. This position offers a variety of hands-on work throughout Southeast Texas, the Houston area, and Southwest Louisiana.
The ideal candidate enjoys working both indoors and outdoors, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is willing to assist with a wide variety of property maintenance, repair, and preservation projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career with room for advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, weed eating, and shrub trimming
- Assist with tree trimming, tree removal, and debris cleanup
- Repair and install fencing
- Complete residential and commercial unit clean-outs
- Perform apartment and property make-ready services
- Perform minor repairs and general maintenance tasks
- Complete janitorial and housekeeping duties
- Assist with evictions, lock changes, and move-out services
- Load, unload, transport, and organize tools, equipment, and materials
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
- Follow supervisor instructions and complete projects efficiently
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Driver’s License required
- Reliable personal vehicle required
- Ability to travel throughout Southeast Texas, the Houston area, and Southwest Louisiana
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential
- Experience using basic hand and power tools preferred
- Previous experience in property maintenance, landscaping, construction, or general labor is a plus; willing to train the right candidate
