PORTER
Local Property Management Company in Orange seeking a Maintenance Tech/Porter for multiple complexes.
Job duties will primarily include grounds keeping, pool cleaning, general office cleaning, and occasional make-readies. Will also be required to provide support to maintenance staff assisting to fulfill work orders and complete general maintenance tasks needed throughout the complex. These duties may include changing out electrical outlets and replacing fixtures, minor plumbing, troubleshooting appliances and any additional needs that may arise.
Interested candidates must have the ability to lift 50lbs unassisted, work well as a team player and be able to work with little to no supervision at times. Previous experience as a Porter or with Maintenance is preferred but willing to train the right person.
Must also be able to work at different locations through out the Orange area for the same client.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license is required. (Will be required to work between multiple properties. Must have own transportation and license. )
SCHEDULE – Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
PAY – $13 per hour
MUST HAVE PRIMARY TOOLS (hammer, drill, screw driver, measuring tape, etc.)
