A local cemetery service company in the Mid County area is currently seeking an office assistant to start immediately. This is a possible temp to hire position for the right person.
Job duties will include but are not limited to greeting and assisting visitors coming into the office, pulling files, locating information within the files, filing, light data entry, answering incoming calls, and some light sales.
Interested candidate must have a minimum of 1 year previous experience working in an office setting and be able to communicate effectively (both verbal and written) as well as be able to work well with the public. Candidate must be detail oriented, be proficient with filing, have ability to multitask, and work well unsupervised.
This hours will depend on work load. Most weeks are 40 hours a week however there are some weeks that the hours may be decreased due to lack of work.
