Local environmental company seeking an Office Supervisor to oversee the day to day operations of their Billing Department. This is a possible temp to hire position for the right person!
The main job duties of this position will be overseeing the day to day operations of the billing department including managing accounts payables/accounts receivables, invoicing, purchase orders, etc. as well as staff within the department.
Interested candidate must have previous a minimum of 3 years experience as an Office Supervisor preferably in an industrial field. Candidate must have previous experience working with purchase orders, invoicing, AP/AR as well as must be proficient with computers as well as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and have the ability to learn industry specific software. Candidate must be self-motivated and be able to work with minimal supervision once trained.
