Accounting firm seeking a full time Office Manager.
Primary job duties will include answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate receiver and/or taking detailed messages; contacting existing and new Clientele as needed, interacting with Clientele and visitors in office; data entry; filing and all general clerical duties. Will be responsible for overseeing all daily activities and staff as well as any other duties as assigned.
Interested candidate must have excellent communication skills, ability to multi task and strong attention to detail, and a strong desire to work. Computer skills are a must. A 2 year or 4 year degree in Office Administration or related field preferred, with a minimum of 3 years experience in management.
