Property Management company in the Port Arthur area seeking an Office Assistant for a temporary assignment. Must be able to work Monday through Friday general office hours.

Interested candidates must have at least 2-3 years previous experience in an office setting. Previous experience in the same or similar position preferred but not required. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills as well as have the ability to multi task and assist where needed.

Job duties will include answering phones, taking messages, filing, faxing and general clerical duties as assigned.
