Cemetery management company seeking an office assistant/personal assistant to work with the Company Administrator. This position will work between two of their locations, MidCounty and Beaumont, with most of the work being at the Beaumont location.
Job duties will include but are not limited to general clerical duties such as filing, documentation and note taking as needed, assisting with email and mail correspondence, and running errands as needed.
Interested candidate must have basic computer knowledge and be able to navigate through email proficiently. Must have excellent customer relation skills as well as ability to communicate effectively. Interested candidate must have flexibility to work between two locations. General hours will be Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Candidate must be dependable, well organized, and work well with little to no supervision.
