Local Port Arthur Medical office seeking a receptionist for their front office. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to become a full-time, permanent opportunity for the right person.

Job duties will include answering phones, taking messages, and directing calls. Checking patients in and out of the office, accepting co-pays, data entry, and general clerical duties as needed.

Interested candidates must have strong computer skills and a minimum of 1-year clerical experience preferred. Bilingual is a plus! Knowledge of HIPPA laws and policies is preferred but not mandatory. The client is willing to train the right person for this position.
