CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Industrial supply company in Port Arthur is currently seeking a proven Customer Service Representative to work in their front office. This is a possible temp to hire position for the right person!
Responsibilities: This role serves as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information for customers. This position requires working with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Deliveryto support the order and fulfillment process.
Candidate must be able to maintain a ositive rapport with customers, providing world class service. Candidate must have exemplary customer service skills, analytics and problem solving skills. have proficient computer skills to process and review orders, requests, and system generated acknowledgements. Candidate will also be responsible for any additional duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
This role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions including bending, stoooping, pushing and pulling and involve lifting up to 50 punds from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
*Valid Drivers License
*Minimum 2 years previous expereience in Customer Service Role
*Ability to perform basic math calculations
*Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as have personalbe, enthusiastic, and engaging personality.
PAY: $20-22/hour DOE
HOURS:Monday-Friday 730a-430p w/1 hour for lunch
