Local Furniture Company in Beaumont area seeking a Customer Service Assistant to work in the Warehouse Office.
Job duties will include answering phones, assisting customers with delivery questions, scheduling deliveries, and general clerical duties such as handling invoices, incoming inventory, record keeping, and filing. Other duties may be assigned by Supervisor.
Interested candidate must have 1-2 years general clerical and/or warehouse experience as well as excellent communication skills. Bilingual is preferred but not a must. Candidate must be dependable, have basic computer skills, and have ability to work well with others. Candidate must be able to work rotating Saturdays.
This position is a possible temp to hire position for the right person.
