CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
Local Company seeking a Customer Service Assistant to assist with general clerical and receptionist duties.
Job duties will include customer service, answering phones, taking messages, accepting payments (cash, credit, and card payments), data entry, issuing receipts and maintaining customer files and verifying information. General clerical duties would include making copies, creating files, filing, emailing and scanning in information as needed. May have additional job duties assigned by Supervisor.
Interested candidates must have 2 years experience within a general clerical setting, such as receptionist, front desk clerk or customer service agent. Must have previous experience working with computers and the ability to learn industry specific software. Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and able to catch on quickly. All candidates must have a flexible schedule and be able to work evenings as well as weekends and some holidays as needed. This is a full time opportunity and could be permanent position for the right person!
