Local Home Construction company in Beaumont seeking a Construction Field Supervisor. This is a temp to hire opportunity for the right person!

Job duties will include developing and maintaining project schedule and timeline, as well as project budget including forecasts, expenditures, labor, and material costs and creating reports and handling billing associated with projects. Must be able to understand and maintain all contracts and requirements while ensuring accuracy and each is upheld. Will be required to work closely with customers, clients and project management teams.

Interested candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of Residential Construction experience and general computer skills. Must have great attention to detail, good communication and time keeping skills. Willingness to work with a chain of command and the ability to understand, listen and resolve issues or concerns as they arise. Also, must have strong leadership and management qualities. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
