HVAC & MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Local Property Management Company seeking HVAC & Maintenance Technician. This opportunity will start off as a temporary assignment but has the potential to become a long term opportunity for the right person.
HVAC Technician will perform a wide variety of maintenance and repair tasks in the operation of heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilating systems in rental units; repair and maintain thermostats, air filters, blower fans, belts, and bearings; troubleshooting, diagnoses, and repair various makes and models of HVAC equipment. Will also be responsible for assisting with and performing general maintenance repairs such as make-ready, painting, sheetrock repairs, etc.
Interested candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of previous working history operating, maintaining, and repairing HVAC equipment, current HVAC licensing/certification, and 1-2 years minimum of general maintenance and repair experience.
Must have a valid driver’s license (clean driving record), reliable personal transportation, and excellent customer service.
Schedule is Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, but may require working some weekends and on-call as needed.
Pay will range between $15-23 per hour or more depending on experience.
