Local apartment complex in the Port Arthur area currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager. This is a temp to hire opportunity for the right person!
Main job duties will include assisting with and completing apartment rental, move-in, and renewal agreements, presenting apartment units to potential residents, and assisting current residents with any needs they may have. Accepting and collecting payments, daily deposits, and issuing receipts. Will also be responsible for all general clerical duties within office as well as any other job duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate for this position must have excellent customer service skills, exceptional communication skills, and be detailed oriented. Must have basic computer skills and the ability to learn industry specific software. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is mandatory. Prefer two years previous experience in Property Industry or similar work environment as well as Experience with HUD and Tax credit.
