Local Industrial Service Company in Beaumont seeking an Administrative Assistant. This is a fulltime, temp to hire opportunity for the right person.
Job duties will include, data entry, record keeping, answering phones, directing calls, taking detailed messages and notes. Will also be responsible for handling general correspondence, paperwork, filing, and scanning of documents. Other duties may include processing work orders, verification of information as well as assisting in other departments are requested.
Interested candidates must have a minimum of 3 years’ administrative experience, with 2 years of experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Salesforce software is preferred but willing to train. Must be detail oriented, have great communication skills both verbal and written and able to work as a team player.
