Locally Owned Firm in Mid County area seeking an Administrative Assistant.
Job duties include answering incoming calls, transferring calls, taking messages, and greeting all guests entering the facility. Preparation of all correspondence, maintaining all files (hard copy and electronic), data entry, mailing lists and general clerical duties (filing, fax, email, etc.).
All interested candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same or similar position; working knowledge of MS office Software and QuickBooks. Must be comfortable working independently with little to no supervision and as a team player when needed. Must have the ability to manage personal and confidential information; be detail oriented, organized, and have excellent communication skills both verbal and written; must also have professional appearance.
