📍 Location: Beaumont, TX
Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Type: Temporary Project Assignment (4–5 Days Initially but may be extended)
Additional assignments and longer-term project opportunities are anticipated in the coming weeks.
Position Summary
A construction company is seeking dependable General Laborers to assist with site cleanup on a new construction project in Beaumont. This temporary assignment involves maintaining a clean and safe job site by removing trash and construction debris from both the interior and exterior of the facility.
Most of the work will be performed indoors alongside the project superintendent, with some outdoor cleanup duties as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and remove construction debris and trash from the job site
- Collect and properly dispose of materials such as paper, plastic, bottle caps, scrap wood, and other debris
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist the project superintendent with general site cleanup tasks
- Perform both indoor and outdoor cleanup as needed
- Follow all job site safety policies and procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- No previous construction experience required
- Must be dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and work on your feet throughout the shift
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to work on muddy, uneven, and rough terrain
- Must follow directions and comply with all job site safety requirements

- Work clothes
- Steel-toed boots required
- Rubber mud boots are highly recommended due to site conditions
