Local apartment complex in Lumberton is seeking a Community Director. This is a fulltime position with temp to hire potential for the right person.
Main job duties will include scheduling, coordinating, and supervising the duties of on-site staff. Collecting rent and ensuring money management guidelines are being followed. Oversee leasing process and tenant relations, ensuring professionalism with all interactions. Perform regular property inspections and ensure that tenant concerns are addressed in a timely manner. Development and implementation of marketing campaign to maintain occupancy levels are at capacity. Handle general reporting, monthly statements and review of Profit and Loss reports for proactive planning and goal setting. Will also be responsible for all general clerical duties within office as well as any other job duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate for this position must have three years property management experience. Knowledge of tax credit program is preferred but not required. Proficiency with YARDI property management software is preferred and experience with MS office software programs is required (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). A valid driver’s license, proof of automobile insurance and high school diploma or equivalent is required.
