BILINGUAL OFFICE ASSISTANT
Local apartment complex in the Port Arthur area currently seeking a Bilingual Leasing/Office Assistant for a temporary assignment. Could be a temp to hire opportunity for the right person.
Main job duties will include answering phones, accepting paperwork, etc. and greeting any incoming guest to the office. Will also be responsible for all general clerical duties within office as well as any other job duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate for this position must be bilingual, have excellent customer service skills, exceptional communication skills, and be detailed oriented. Previous experience as a leasing agent a plus. Must have basic computer skills and the ability to learn industry specific software.
Schedule is Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm, but will require some Saturdays.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is mandatory.
Pay is $10-13 per hour depending on experience.
