PARALEGAL

Paralegal needed for a fast-paced law office in the Beaumont area.
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide administrative support to practicing Attorneys and staff members. Duties will also include manage projects and maintain calendars to ensure deadlines are met; schedule Clients for consultations and meetings; maintain Client database; create and send correspondence; answer all incoming calls as well as return missed calls; all other general clerical duties including data entry, filing, faxing, etc.; any other duties as assigned.
Interested candidates should have a minimum of 2-3 years of previous experience in the legal field preferred but willing to consider less experience with the potential to learn and grow in the legal field. The candidate must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. The candidate should also possess strong computer skills as well as have the ability to multitask, work well under pressure, meet deadlines, ability to maintain and work with confidential information, and complete projects in a timely manner. The candidate must be punctual with time, dependable, and have a strong, positive upbeat attitude.
