Leasing/Office Assistant

Apartment complex in the Port Arthur area seeking Leasing Agent/Office Assistant for a possible temp to hire position.

Job duties will include all general clerical duties including filing, faxing, scanning, copying, etc. Will also be responsible for assisting with both potential and current residents as well as completing apartment rentals, move-in requirements, and renewal agreements.

The ideal candidate for this position must have excellent customer service skills, exceptional communication skills, and be detail oriented. Previous experience in the same or similar position helpful but Client is willing to consider candidates with strong clerical/office experience.
