Front Office Clerk

Local Accounting & Tax Office in Beaumont seeking a front office clerk. This is a temp to hire opportunity for the right person.

Duties will include but are not limited to greeting customers, answering phones, data entry, as well as light bookkeeping such as bank reconciliations. Experience with QuickBooks and Quicken preferred.

Must have a clean background, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Must be a team player, detail-oriented, and a quick learner. Professional communication skills both verbal and written are required.
