Local Corporate office in Beaumont seeking an experienced Bookkeeper.

Job duties will include but are not limited to handling in office correspondence and communications, providing support to additional office staff, creating, and updating client records, tracking information, and ensuring accuracy, scanning, filing, and maintaining documents and receipts (electronic and physical records), ordering of office supplies, data entry and general computer work. general tax reporting and tax knowledge required (940/941 tax and Unemployment Tax).

Interested candidates must have experience with QuickBooks, Excel, and general computer programs such as MS Office, etc. Must be detail oriented, organized, and able to catch on quickly with the ability to retain knowledge with ease.
