A local Industrial Service Company is seeking a Billing Specialist for their Corporate Office in Mid County. This is a full-time temp to hire, position for the right person!

Responsibilities will include job related document review for accuracy, tracking and billing. In additional responsibilities will include equipment and service calculations, processing and preparation of invoices and data entry, review and reconciliation of gate logs and collections on past due accounts. Will also be responsible for creating daily, weekly and monthly reports and managing pressing deadlines in accordance with company requirements.

Interested candidates must have 1-2 years of experience in billing, finance or experience in a similarly related position/field. In addition, candidates must be proficient with QuickBooks and Excel. TRACK software experience is preferred but can be taught. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Also, strong customer service, attention to details, and the ability to organize and prioritize tasks is necessary.

SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm (Fulltime)

PAY: $15-16 per hour DOE

Position will be primarily in office, but depending on project needs may require working on-site during turnarounds and some travel.

High School diploma or equivalent is required.
