Property Management company seeking a Bilingual Office Assistant in the Beaumont area. This is a temp to hire opportunity for the right candidate.
Job duties will include answering phones, taking messages, scheduling work orders, filing, faxing and general clerical duties as assigned.
Interested candidates are preferred to have at least 2-3 years previous experience in an office setting. Experience in the same or similar position preferred but not required. Must be bilingual and have excellent communication and customer service skills as well as have the ability to multi task and assist where needed.
