Job duties include answering incoming calls, documenting information received from employees in the field, tracking time, and providing support to additional departments as needed.

Interested candidates must have strong computer skills, the ability to adapt and learn new tasks, great customer service, communication skills, and be a TEAM PLAYER!

Experience with Microsoft Excel, Office 365, and PDF Writer is necessary, experience with Microsoft SL is preferred but willing to train on the use of this program.
