CLASS B CDL DELIVERY DRIVER
Local Hardware company in the Port Arthur area seeking a Class B CDL driver for a long term opportunity with their company. This position does require a driver that is experienced in operating a manual truck up to a 16 speed.
Main job duties will require, delivery of materials to job sites, both commercial and residential, inspecting and maintaining truck on a daily basis, assisting with loading and unloading of materials, reporting and missing materials or customer issues to direct supervisor.
Interested candidates must have a Class B CDL license or higher, must have a clean driving record for the last three years. Current DOT med card is required. At least 2 years previous experience as a driver in the same or similar position. Moffett truck and fixed bed experience preferred but willing to train the right person. Must also be able to lift or carry at least 75-100 lbs if needed.
The schedule is general Monday through Friday but will require weekends at this time. This is a local driving position so you will be home every night.
