Position Summary:
A property management company in the Orange area is seeking a dependable Porter to assist with maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the property. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Groundskeeping and trash pick-up
- Clean-out and make-ready of rental units
- Perform minor repairs and painting
- Maintain cleanliness of facility grounds, fence lines, pool, office areas, and community spaces
- Assist with basic housekeeping and janitorial duties
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the onsite supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience preferred
- Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively
- Dependable with strong attendance
- Comfortable working overtime and occasional weekends as needed
- Must have reliable transportation (valid driver’s license preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay:
$15/hour
