NOW HIRING: MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Location: Beaumont, TX
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Dress Code: Work pants, solid T-shirt, work shoes
Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, must provide own tools
Preferred: HVAC Certification

Position Summary

A local Property Management Company in Beaumont is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their team. This role requires strong technical skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance
Execute make-ready tasks such as cleaning, painting, and completing minor repairs
Replace appliances, fixtures, door frames, trim, switch plates, and related components
Conduct basic carpentry, electrical, and plumbing repairs
Troubleshoot and repair tenant work orders
Provide general groundskeeping and facility upkeep
Participate in on-call rotation and work occasional overtime or weekends as needed

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in make-ready or maintenance roles
Ability to perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
Must have own tools
Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and with a team
Drivers License and own transportation
