Porter/Groundskeeper – Local Property Management Company (Port Arthur, TX)
A local property management company in the Port Arthur area is currently seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper to join their team.
Job Responsibilities Include:

General groundskeeping and property upkeep

Pool cleaning and maintenance
-
Office and common area cleaning
-
Trash pick-up and pressure washing
-
Occasional assistance with unit make-readies
Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Previous porter or groundskeeping experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $10-12 per hour – no experience $13-15 with experience
Dress Code:
General work pants, solid-colored t-shirt, tennis shoes or work boots, and a safety vest (safety vests will be provided).
