Type: Temp to Hire / Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
Friday | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Pay Rate: $12/hour
Position Summary
A property management company in Port Arthur is seeking a General Laborer / Maintenance team member to assist with preparing vacant units and maintaining apartment grounds. This is a temp-to-hire position.
Responsibilities

Lift and move items as needed

Work with basic cleaning products to clean vacant units

Pick up trash and small debris around apartment grounds
-
Remove trash, clothes, and other items from vacant units
-
Assist maintenance staff in preparing units for move-in

Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements

Must be able and willing to complete all job tasks as requested

Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions

Clean background
-
Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one within 60 days
