General Laborer/Maintenance Worker
This is a temp to hire general laborer/maintenance position in Port Arthur for a Property Management company.
Job duties will include lifting, working with basic cleaning products (cleaning vacant units), picking up trash and or small debris around the apartments, removing trash, clothes, etc. from vacant units, and working close with maintenance staff on preparing units for move in
Candidate must be able and willing to complete the job task as requested and required. Must be able to work outside without any issues with weather or temperature.
Clean background. Valid Drivers license or ability to obtain a valid drivers license in next 60 days required.
DRESS CODE: JEANS AND WORK BOOTS, SAFETY VEST AND WORK GLOVES
PAY: $12/HOUR
HOURS: Mon-Thurs 730a-530p w/1 hour lunch, Friday 8a-12p
