CIVIL FOREMAN
Civil Foreman needed for an ongoing project in the Cameron Parish, LA area. This project is expected to last the next two years, possibly longer.
Job duties will include supervising and managing crews during all phases of carpentry/civil work; managing schedule, time, and costs; weekly planning, application and follow through of carpentry duties. Will be overseeing and managing the installation of guardrails and bollards as well as general civil work.
Interested candidate must have a minimum of 5 years previous experience as a Civil Carpenter in the Industrial carpentry/civil construction field with expertise in Guardrail and Bollard installation, and 3 years’ experience in Supervision; good leadership and communication skills, the ability to work well with a team and general computer skills.
Must have a current TWIC and ISTC card (Site specific for LNG Cheniere a plus). Candidate should be able to proficiently read and interpret blueprints, have knowledge and ability to build and set forms, have ability to work with all tools (including levels, tape/rulers, etc.), and be able to operate pneumatic, electrical, and hand tools.
Dependable transportation and ability to work scheduled shift with flexibility to work overtime needed as well.
