Industrial rental company in the Sulphur, LA area seeking an Office Manager for a possible temp to hire, long term position.

Duties of this position will include daily processing of AP/AR; collections; uploading of time for payroll purposes as needed, maintaining and inputting all receipts received; assisting with HR tasks; provide support to the Branch Manager.

Interested candidate must have a strong clerical background with at least 3-5 years in a similar position. Candidate must have strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and have strong computer skills with ability to learn an industry specific program. Candidate must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
