Manual Machinist needed for service center in the Beaumont area.

Job duties will include precision machining of pump parts including rings, bushings, sleeves, and shafts.

Interested candidate must have a minimum of 5 years pervious experience with manual lathes and mills and ability to handle .001 T.I.R. tolerances on finish products. Previous pump experience is preferred but not required. Candidate must have ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Interested candidate must have previous machining experience and be familiar with mills, lathes, drill presses, etc. Candidate must be able to read and interpret schematics for assembly, repair, and reassembly as required as well as ensure work and materials are in compliance with customer specifications. Candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer skills, basic math skills, work independently with minimal supervision as well as a team member, communicate clearly with supervision and repair team members. Candidates must exhibit a strong work ethic, be dependable and reliable, and show initiative.

General schedule is Monday through Friday 7am to 5pm. Must be flexible to work any hours/days needed including weekends as requested.

Starting pay is between $18-24 per hour DOE.
