Insurance Company in the Mid County area seeking a part-time Receptionist for their front office.

Job duties will include answering multi line phone system, assisting callers by either transferring calls to appropriate department and/or taking a detailed message; greeting any incoming visitors to the office; data entry; scheduling as needed, and any other job duties as assigned.

Interested candidates must have a minimum of 6 months previous experience working in the same or in a similar position. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written), strong attention to detail, dependable, and have strong organizational skills.

Hours will be flexible between 8am and 5pm, Monday thru Thursday 20-25 hours weekly.
