Local apartment complex in the Port Arthur/Mid County area seeking a Leasing Agent. This is a temp to hire opportunity for the right person!

This person is responsible for assisting with both current residents and potential residents. Main job duties will include assisting with and completing apartment rental, move-in, and renewal agreements. This will include showing units to potential residents and assisting current residents with any issues or needs. Will also be responsible for general clerical duties and office work as assigned by the supervisor.

The ideal candidate for this position must have excellent customer service skills, exceptional communication skills, one year minimum of previous leasing experience and tax credit experience as well as attention to detail and organization.
