Position Overview:

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for receiving, distributing, storing, and organizing materials, tools, and equipment. You’ll ensure timely and accurate handling of shipping/receiving duties and support the warehouses’ daily operations and paperwork needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, check in, and distribute materials and equipment

  • Handle shipping/receiving tasks and unload delivery trucks

  • Match purchase/sales orders to products and complete associated paperwork

  • Pull, restock, and organize materials for outgoing orders

  • Track, log, and monitor incoming/outgoing shipments

  • Maintain clean and safe warehouse environment

  • Operate forklifts or material handling equipment (training available if not certified)

  • Assist with inventory control and cycle counts

  • Work both inside the warehouse and outdoors in varying weather conditions

  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED – required

  • 1–2 years of warehouse or similar experience

  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

  • Basic computer and math skills

  • Forklift experience preferred (certification is a plus but not required — willing to train)

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs unassisted; occasionally up to 100 lbs

  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions

  • Valid driver’s license preferred (promotional opportunities may involve driving)

  • Must have good vision: close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and color vision

  • Strong time management, reliability, and positive attitude are essential

Schedule:

Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Dress Code:

Work clothes and closed-toed shoes required
No large or offensive logos (minimal branding OK)
