Position Summary

A local warehouse supply company in Sulphur is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for a full-time, temp-to-hire position. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow with a stable company that values hard work and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, check in, and distribute materials and equipment

  • Handle shipping/receiving tasks and unload delivery trucks

  • Match purchase/sales orders to products and complete related paperwork

  • Pull, restock, and organize materials for outgoing orders

  • Track, log, and monitor incoming and outgoing shipments

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

  • Operate forklifts or material handling equipment (training provided if needed)

  • Assist with inventory control and cycle counts

  • Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED – required

  • 1–2 years of warehouse or related experience preferred

  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

  • Basic computer and math skills

  • Forklift experience a plus (certification preferred but not required)

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted; occasionally up to 100 lbs

  • Comfortable working in all weather conditions

  • Valid driver’s license preferred (required for promotional opportunities)

  • Must have good vision: close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and color

  • Strong time management, reliability, and positive attitude are essential

Schedule

Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Dress Code

  • Work clothes and closed-toe shoes required

  • No large or offensive logos (minimal branding acceptable)
