Location: Orange County Area
Pay: $17.50 – $25.67 per hour (DOE)
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 6:00 AM – 8:30 AM
- 2:25 PM – 4:45 PM

Position Summary
A local school district in the Orange County area is seeking reliable and safety-focused Seasonal Bus Drivers for the upcoming school year. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a consistent split schedule and strong benefits, including participation in the Teacher Retirement System.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to and from school along assigned routes
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip bus inspections
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns
- Maintain order and ensure student safety during transport
- Assist students with boarding and exiting the bus as needed
- Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and students
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records of routes, schedules, and inspections
Requirements
- Valid Class B CDL with Passenger (P) & School Bus (S) endorsements
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major violations)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and patient in all situations
- Previous experience preferred, but training will be provided
