Local Property Management company in the Mid County area seeking a Receptionist for their front office.
Job duties will include answering multi-line phone systems, assisting callers by either transferring calls to the appropriate department and/or taking a detailed message; greeting any incoming visitors to the office; data entry; any other job duties as assigned. This position will also be responsible for providing administrative support to other departments, staff members, and handling customer relations.
Interested candidates must have a minimum of 6 months previous experience working in the same or in a similar position. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written), strong attention to detail, dependability, and have strong organizational skills.
