Insurance Company in the Mid County area seeking a Fulltime Receptionist for their front office.

Job duties will include answering multi line phone system, assisting callers by either transferring calls to appropriate department and/or taking a detailed message; greeting any incoming visitors to the office; data entry; and scheduling as needed. Additional responsibilities will include processing and accepting payments, preparing invoices, balancing the drawer daily, preparing deposits, and general bookkeeping and any other job duties as assigned.

Interested candidates must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience working in the same or in a similar position. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written), general accounting and invoicing experience, strong attention to detail, dependability, and strong organizational skills.
