NOW HIRING: PRODUCTION HELPER
Location: Beaumont, TX
Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Rotating Shifts | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM and 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
($2.00 shift differential for nights; weekly overtime as needed)
Type: Temporary | 4–6 Week Project (Possible Extension)

Position Summary

A production and manufacturing company in the Beaumont area is seeking a Production Helper for an upcoming project lasting 4–6 weeks, with potential to extend. This position involves hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment supporting production operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in production and machining areas

  • Use small hand tools such as brushes and rollers

  • Operate switches, valves, and basic machinery

  • Perform limited tooling setup and product gauging

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Follow written and verbal instructions accurately

  • Complete additional duties as assigned by supervision

Requirements

  • Must be knowledgeable of gouging and basic shop processes

  • Ability to read and comprehend written and verbal instructions

  • Must pass a basic math test with a score of 80% or higher

  • Demonstrated basic knowledge of machining, product gauging, and tooling setup

  • Able to work independently and with minimal supervision

  • Dependable, self-motivated, and a team player

  • Previous machining and/or manufacturing experience preferred

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and work in various conditions
