Office Assistant needed for an apartment complex in the Port Arthur area. This is a part time position with long term potential for the right person.
Main job duties will include answering phones, assisting callers with questions and setting appointments, taking messages, greeting guests and assisting with maintenance requests and some leasing. Will also be responsible for filing, faxing, and verifying information.
Interested candidate must be highly organized with at least 3 years of office experience. Candidate must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
