Office Assistant

Office Assistant needed for a project position with a corporate office in the Port Arthur area.

Job duties will mainly include assisting with data entry, copying, filing, faxing, vendor correspondence, and any other job task as needed.

Candidate must have 1-2 years previous clerical experience and have strong computer skills. Candidate must be highly organized and have strong customer service skills, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and be able work with confidential information.
