A local Service Company in the Mid County area seeking an Office Assistant. This position is starting off as a part-time opportunity with the potential to be a permanent and full-time position with the company long term for the right person.
Job duties include answering a multi-line phone system, assisting callers by either transferring calls to the appropriate department and/or taking detailed messages, scheduling appointments, data entry, and any other job duties as assigned.
General computer skills are required, experience with MS Office is preferred. Must have great customer service skills and effective communication skills (both verbal and written). Must also be detail-oriented, organized, and a team player.
This is a great opportunity for a college student or high school student looking to work but needing the flexibility to work around a school schedule.
