HVAC HELPERS
Local HVAC company in the Golden Triangle seeking HVAC Helpers. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with room to grow and develop your skills in the HVAC industry!
As a helper, duties will include general maintenance assistance, repairs and installation of heating and cooling systems. Responsibilities include aiding in the installation of HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, etc., assisting with performing routine maintenance tasks including changing filters, refrigerant levels, and inspecting components. Additionally, duties will include setting up the work area, site clean-up, material handling and general labor, and any additional duties as assigned by onsite personnel.
Interested candidates must have 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role or the same, with the ability to learn new skills. All candidates must have a basic mechanical aptitude, with the ability to use hand and power tools, good communication skills and great customer service.
The ideal candidate will be dependable, a strong problem solver, adaptable to the environment and very detailed.
Valid drivers license and transportation required. Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent.
SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday, daytime hours, with flexibility to work as early as 6am. May be required to work overtime, weekends and on-call.
PAY: DOE
DRESSCODE: General work clothes, steel-toed footwear, and safety gear.
