Location: Mid County Area
Pay Rate: $14.00 – 15.00 (DOE)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch). Schedule may vary based on work needs; flexibility required.
Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Position Summary

A local industrial service company in the Mid County area is seeking General Laborers to support daily operations. This position offers hands-on training and an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the industrial field.

Responsibilities

  • Assist technicians by flagging and spotting equipment/lifts as they are moved

  • Set up, break down, and transfer barricade materials as needed

  • Monitor work areas for hazards and report issues promptly

  • Pick up trash and debris to maintain a safe, clean environment

  • Provide general support as instructed by the on-site supervisor

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in flagging or industrial labor preferred (but not required)

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance and work outdoors in various weather conditions

  • Must be dependable, reliable, and able to maintain the required schedule

  • Valid driver’s license preferred; personal transportation required

  • Flagger certification preferred

  • Must be eligible for DISA processing and screening

Dress Code

  • Hard hat

  • Steel-toe boots

  • Safety vest

  • Safety glasses / spoggles

  • Turtle-back gloves

  • Regular work pants and solid-colored work shirt

  • FRCs are acceptable but not required
